Shipping Policy
Our delivery is 1-3 working days unless there is a courier service delay.
It is the customer‘s responsibility to track the parcel after receiving the tracking information.
Once you receive the tracking information and you are able to track and communicate with the courier people / drivers, we are unable to assist as the courier is a third party.
The only time you will get a refund or parcel resent is when the parcel is untraceable or lost through the courier , this would be over a period of 7 working days with no delivery.
